Billing and Subscription

The subscription fee will be charged to your payment method through Stripe at a frequency determined at your first billing date. This will be either Monthly or Yearly. You can manage your Stripe account and update your payment method by following the link on the welcome page. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to BrickMetrics until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

You can cancel your BrickMetrics subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the platform through to the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. To cancel, go to the welcome page and follow the link for managing your billing. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically change to the free version at the end of your current billing period.

You can upgrade your subscription to the premium version (from standard) and receive a proration that will be offset against the cost of the premium subscription for the rest of the billing period. At the point of upgrade the billing amount will also include the next full month's subscription fee. Stripe wil calculate the unused portion of the standard plan and credit that against the cost of the premium plan. This is automatic and no user ineraction is required.
